Hi! I will be redecorating my room in two weeks time. I am not a girly girl but still loves girl stuff , and I wish to make my room a little bit more feminine and appropriate for my age. the furniture will remain the same (it's greyish/white furniture). I was thinking of painting the walls in a really nice plum colour.
Do you have any other suggestions on how I can make my bedroom more girly for a 19 year old?
Most of my things were black and white so I went to the dollar store and got some fun colored things like green pink and purple and put the around my room. I also bought a area rug that had different peace signs on it. I also got a new vase and put some pretty flowers in it. I then got some fun colored pillows with different designs. just putting in some color changed my room alot!
pictures are a good idea, mabye get a picture of something you like, (flowers ect) if its a just a plum wall you could do prints on it, add decorations to your room like a vase, flowers, or mabye a nice lamp
My sister her bedroom has alot of pictures. She has text on her mirrors, wall and closets, about the things she loves, her friends, and school, for fun.
Seems girly enough.
I would set out all your makeup on display 
Yeah,plums a goood colour..with purple like objects,such as flowers and lamps Even posters of your fave boy band,…
Maybe buy a painted canvas a nice clock to go on the wall and some more accessories like that. good luck
